CANCELLATION POLICY

 
– CANCELLATION BY PARTICIPANTS:
 
Participants could cancel their registration to our event, once the corresponding payment has been made, only for documented force majeure reasons.
 
In that case, the Organizing Committee will refund 100% of the amount paid (less the possible bank charges) if the cancellation occurs before October 1, 2025.
 
If the cancellation occurs between 1 October and 30 November (both inclusive) of 2025, the Organizing Committee will refund 50% of the amount paid (less the possible bank charges).
 
If the cancellation occurs from 1 December 2025, the Organizing Committee will not refund any amount.
 
In cases where it will proceed to the refund of 100%, or 50%, of the amount paid by participants,  the Organizing Committee undertakes to return the money to the participants with maximum date of January the 10th 2026.
 
CANCELLATION BY THE ORGANIZATION:
 
If, due to reasons of force majeure, the Organizing Committee has to suspend the celebration of the event, 100% of the amount paid will be returned to all the participants (including, in this case, any bank charges that would give rise to the refund).
 
Also, in this case, the Organizing Committee undertakes to return the money to the participants with the latest date of 10 January 2026.
