Cancellation Policy

Participants will can cancel their registration to our event, once the corresponding payment has been made, only for documented reasons of force majeure.

In that case, the Organizing Committee will refund the entire 100 % of the amount paid (minus possible bank charges) if the cancellation occurs before December the 20th 2023.

If the cancellation occurs later December the 20th 2023 the Organizing Committee will proceed to refund 50% of the amount paid (minus possible bank charges).

In both cases, the Organizing Committee undertakes to return the money to the participants within a maximum of 1 month from the end of our event.

 

If, due to any force majeure reason, the Organizing Committee must cancel  the celebration of the event, the participants will be refunded with 100% of the amount paid (including, in that case, possible bank charges).
